Jean-Claude Van Damme has been accused of intercourse crimes in Romania. The motion star allegedly slept with 5 girls he knew had been being trafficked by a felony group led by Morel Bolea, per CNN affiliate Antenna 3. In accordance with the felony criticism through the Romanian Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), Van Damme was given 5 Romanian girls as a “present” in Cannes. The ladies had been fashions in Romania. Adrian Cuculis, a lawyer for one of many girls, mentioned in an announcement translated by Web page Six that they had been “in a state of vulnerability,” and that the one that acquired them “knew their situation. From the witness statements, it is vitally clear that Jean-Claude Van Damme knew that these individuals had been being exploited.”
The incident with Van Damme is a component of a bigger investigation into human trafficking by Bolea. The investigation started in 2020 in Romania. If the Excessive Courtroom of Cassation in France authorizes felony proceedings, suspects shall be summoned to Romania to offer statements.
