A Jacksonville lady was arrested Wednesday after she was accused of indecent touching of a minor. Lisa Singh, 41, is accused of exposing herself and inappropriately touching a toddler, a Jacksonville police arrest report states.
The incident reportedly occurred in September when the sufferer and a witness had been assembly Singh’s son, in line with the report.
In response to a witness, Singh additionally kissed the sufferer through the encounter. The arrest was made final week after the allegations had been reported to the police.
