STAE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — A noncitizen of the US was arrested in State School after being accused of shoplifting at Goal.
Izabel Nicolae, 19, was arrested Dec. 23 and bail was denied citing she had no handle and was not a citizen of the US, courtroom paperwork present.
Patton Township police mentioned they have been known as round 3:24 p.m. Monday by Goal’s loss prevention a few lady, later recognized as Nicolae, placing objects in a cart and strolling out the entrance doorways with out paying, in response to the legal criticism.
